Skybus KL Sentral -> LCC Terminal: 1:15 hours
Check-in Air Asia: 5 minutes (no queues for my flight for some reason)
Customs Kuala Lumpur: 5 minutes (no queues for foreign passports)
Waiting for flight: unnecessary 3 hours (this can be improved if there were no delays)
Flight Kuala Lumpur -> Singapore (gate to gate): One hour
Customs Singapore: 10 minutes (no queues ever)
Taxi rank: 5 minutes (efficient)
Taxi Singapore Airport -> home: 23 minutes (that driver was a little racer)
A little over 2 hours pure travel related time and 3 hours waiting. That is definitately quicker than the 6 hour coach trip we did last time. But maybe next time I pay that little extra to reduce the risk of delays and to at least spend the waiting time in a “proper” terminal.
