This page represents an overview map with all user entries, grouped by “trip” (category). Each trip has a different colour. You can also use the category-filter on the sidebar, to look at the map of one specific trip. The smaller icons represent the individual entries and when you select them, a preview is shown with a link to the whole article. There’s also entries for nearby Wikipedia articles and Panoramio photos.

Nice map! can you explain me how you get the different (couloured) pins? I see this variable categoryOpts: in your source. What plugin-files did you change to get this working?
I would like to use different images for pins from different catgeories. The images have the same name as the category they are in. Any ideas on that?

Nice map… I finally got it working… It’s not only showing me all my trips in diffrent colors and with connecting line, it also shows 5 hotels near the center of the map as well as 10 relevant Wikipedia articles! Additionally it shows a batch of my Flickr photo’s in the bounding box.
